Below are the terms of the ptc-bux.com service. Please read them carefully before signing up. By signing up and using ptc-bux.com you agree to all the terms and conditions expressed in the agreement below.

1. Members are only allowed one account per person. You can refer members of your family, but each person signing up must have a separate computer, separate AlertPay account and separate IP address.

2. Spamming is not allowed, sending your Ptc Bux referral link to people you have had no previous contact with is not only against our terms, but also against the law. Your account will be removed if you are confirmed as a spammer.

3. Ptc Bux may at any time choose to edit, add or delete sections of these terms without any prior notice.

4. Payments are made through AlertPay. You must collect $4.00 before you can receive payment. Payment will be given within 1 business days (for premium) and 20 business days (for standart), but usually all payments are send in less than 20 days. Premium Members receive priority payments in 24h-48h.

5. We will never give away your email to third parties.

6. Ptc Bux withholds the right to suspend or delete your account at any time if your account has been caught to be cheating (eg. Autoclicking or “Hacking”). An explanation will then be sent to the email address associated with the account.

7. You must use a valid email address and country to signup with Ptc Bux. You must not use a false identity.

8. Our usual click rate is 0.01. But we may change this at any time, without pre-notification. You may refer an unlimited number of people, however you will only earn from them and not their referrals.

9. You agree that you are fully in charge of any filing of taxes that is necessary by your governmental authorities.

10. You are an independent contractor for Ptc Bux; you are therefore not an employee of Ptc Bux neither is there any partnership between you and Ptc Bux. Ptc Bux provides the connection between advertisers and members. You have the right as does Ptc Bux to break this connection at whatever time by contacting Ptc Bux.

11. When purchasing referrals we cannot guarantee they will be active and cannot replace inactive referrals.

13. Ptc-Bux.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.

12. Ptc Bux will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages occurring out or connected to this agreement.

13. Ptc-Bux will not and never be liable for lost profits occurring out or connected to this agreement. All your purchases if non refundable. You must only signup this site if you agree with this TOS.

14. The members who are from China and Hong Kong should be Lifetime Premium member in oreder to be got paid. The money paid for weekly or montly premium packages will not be paid back.

15. When requesting a purchase (referrals, premium membership or advertising), you must pay it using our payment processor after using the "Pay Now" button. Any users that don't intent to purchase these services and click "Pay Now" button without justifying the action by email, support ticket or PM to one of the admins in the forum will be charged $1 for administrative taxes.

These terms of service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at NeoBux.
As a registered user at NeoBux, you have confirmed you have read and understood the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.
This Terms of Service (ToS) document is divided into the following areas:

1.	FORUMS AND CHAT 1.1. You have access to reading the forums, except for private areas. 1.2. When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum and you will be able to access the chat. 1.3. You must respect other users in the Forum and in the Chat under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't. 1.4. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users. 1.5. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals and money exchange/requests are prohibited in Forum posts and topics and in the Chat. 1.6. Any accusation without proof against NeoBux and / or NeoBux's staff will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account.
2.	USER ACCOUNT 2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email. 2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. 2.3. You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. 2.4. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold. 2.5. Accounts are not transferable. 2.6. NeoBux will not modify user account information based on user request.
3.	REFERRALS 3.1. You may refer as many people as you want. 3.2. Every one of your referrals, as users, must share unique email addresses. 3.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination. 3.4. Bought referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your bought referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available. 3.5. You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or rented. 3.6. You can only rent referrals when they are available. 3.7. The clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 9 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referral you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page. 3.8. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him.
4.	ANTI-CHEAT POLICY 4.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged. 4.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take it's own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination. 4.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at NeoBux.
5.	PAYMENTS TO USERS 5.1. All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time. 5.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down. 5.3. The minimum amount paid is $2,00 (two US dollars). This amount will change soon. 5.4. You can only request one payment at a time. 5.5. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support. 5.6. You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or PayPal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address. 5.7. After requesting a payment, the user must wait 4 days before requesting another.
6.	ADVERTISEMENTS 6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code or redirect to another page. 6.2. You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
7.	PAYMENTS TO NEOBUX 7.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted. 7.2. All payments are non-refundable except as described in 3.4. 7.3. Payments made to NeoBux using AlertPay are confirmed by your AlertPay email. 7.4. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced. 7.5. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
8.	ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service. 8.2. All suspended accounts will have their balance reset, all associated referrals taken away and no refunds will be given. 8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses. 8.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity. 8.5. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
9.	LIABILITY 9.1. NeoBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to NeoBux and therefore beyond our control. 9.2. NeoBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice. 9.3. Neobux will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
