Below are the terms of the ptc-bux.com service. Please read them carefully before signing up. By signing up and using ptc-bux.com you agree to all the terms and conditions expressed in the agreement below.
1. Members are only allowed one account per person. You can refer members of your family, but each person signing up must have a separate computer, separate AlertPay account and separate IP address.
2. Spamming is not allowed, sending your Ptc Bux referral link to people you have had no previous contact with is not only against our terms, but also against the law. Your account will be removed if you are confirmed as a spammer.
3. Ptc Bux may at any time choose to edit, add or delete sections of these terms without any prior notice.
4. Payments are made through AlertPay. You must collect $4.00 before you can receive payment. Payment will be given within 1 business days (for premium) and 20 business days (for standart), but usually all payments are send in less than 20 days. Premium Members receive priority payments in 24h-48h.
5. We will never give away your email to third parties.
6. Ptc Bux withholds the right to suspend or delete your account at any time if your account has been caught to be cheating (eg. Autoclicking or “Hacking”). An explanation will then be sent to the email address associated with the account.
7. You must use a valid email address and country to signup with Ptc Bux. You must not use a false identity.
8. Our usual click rate is 0.01. But we may change this at any time, without pre-notification. You may refer an unlimited number of people, however you will only earn from them and not their referrals.
9. You agree that you are fully in charge of any filing of taxes that is necessary by your governmental authorities.
10. You are an independent contractor for Ptc Bux; you are therefore not an employee of Ptc Bux neither is there any partnership between you and Ptc Bux. Ptc Bux provides the connection between advertisers and members. You have the right as does Ptc Bux to break this connection at whatever time by contacting Ptc Bux.
11. When purchasing referrals we cannot guarantee they will be active and cannot replace inactive referrals.
13. Ptc-Bux.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
12. Ptc Bux will not be liable for lost profits or any other indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages occurring out or connected to this agreement.
13. Ptc-Bux will not and never be liable for lost profits occurring out or connected to this agreement. All your purchases if non refundable. You must only signup this site if you agree with this TOS.
14. The members who are from China and Hong Kong should be Lifetime Premium member in oreder to be got paid. The money paid for weekly or montly premium packages will not be paid back.
15. When requesting a purchase (referrals, premium membership or advertising), you must pay it using our payment processor after using the "Pay Now" button. Any users that don't intent to purchase these services and click "Pay Now" button without justifying the action by email, support ticket or PM to one of the admins in the forum will be charged $1 for administrative taxes.
